Invent a story about running a service business
No "when I ran a plumbing company." I didn't. Where a note needs the shape of a call, it names the pattern and lets you supply the experience.
Quote a price it can't source
Prices in this market change constantly and a wrong one is unrecoverable with this audience. Every figure names where it came from, and every commercial note has a section on when not to buy.
