One analytics tag, added 25 September 2026.
Until that date this site collected nothing while you read. It now loads Google Analytics 4, which records the pages you open, roughly where you are (city level, worked out from your IP address, which Google does not store), the kind of device and browser you use, and the page or search that sent you. It sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from the next.
Why it was added: to know which notes people actually read, so the ones worth writing get written. It is not used for advertising, it feeds no ad audience, and nothing here is sold. Google processes the data as described in its own privacy policy.
If you would rather not be counted, a tracker blocker or Google's own opt-out extension will stop it, and the site works exactly the same without it. The hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for a short period for security and capacity. Fonts and icons are still served from this site, so no third party sees your visit that way.
What you send is what is kept.
The contact form collects the name, email address, phone number if you leave one, trade, topic and message you type. It is stored by the hosting provider's form service and forwarded to one inbox and read by a person at the studio. It is used only to reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, shared, or sold. If you'd like a message deleted, say so and it will be.
